How We Do It
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm PST should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPMENT METHOD
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all our products.
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPPING POLICY:
100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please note, that we are currently only able to ship within the United States or to US territories.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, mint condition, unopened. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read the final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return or exchange an item please visit our self-service Return Portal and fill out your order information. Print a pre-paid shipping label and send back your items. Returns must be within our 30-Day return policy window in order to be eligible.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out all the information requested in our Returns Portal. Make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information, the items being returned and place it in the box. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a USPS location.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
